Design/Build- 11 Playgrounds

A design-build project with 11 new playgrounds throughout Kansas City, focusing on inclusivity and community input. Public meetings were held to gather design feedback, ensuring the playgrounds reflected the needs and desires of local families. The installations included new play equipment tailored for children of all abilities, along with safety surfacing, sidewalks and ribbon curbs to enhance both safety and accessibility. Construction was carried out with attention to detail, ensuring the playgrounds were built to last while fostering imaginative and active play. This comprehensive approach has resulted in vibrant, safe, and welcoming spaces for all children in Kansas City.
